OUR TEAM

Our interdisciplinary team of professionals, dedicated support staff and consultants all bring their expertise to treatment at Aurora. Whether it’s a clinical staff providing evidence-based modalities, a chef practicing their artistry with food or a maintenance staff tending the facility with care, we all share one goal, to provide you with a respectful, therapeutic and supportive environment. Many of our staff are in sustained recovery and understand the challenges that you are facing. We bring empathy, expertise and encouragement to each individual in our care. Each person on the Aurora team has been trained in best practices for effective, confidential treatment protocol. This wonderful group of people have dedicated themselves to helping others find their way out of the darkness of addiction and into the light of recovery. Everyone at Aurora is treated with compassion and respect and we are deeply grateful to have such highly skilled, enthusiastic and kind people in all levels of our organization.

Leadership Team

Mr. Bruneau, a self made entrepreneur, specializing in property development in Manitoba and Ontario for over 40 years.

Anthony Joubert is a seasoned financial executive with a proven track record in managing the financial operations of organizations across various industries.

Heather oversees and manages the administrative functions of our organization.

Lisa has been a part of the Aurora Team since 2017.

On Easter Monday of 2023, I joined the Incredible staff here at Aurora as CCS, as well as offering Reiki & Integrated energy healing sessions, to those interested.

I am grateful and honoured to have the opportunity to use my skills, experience and wisdom to work alongside the Councillors & Team here at Aurora, in supporting clients with facing & overcoming challenges, adversities and heal their history. With Many clients opening to the vital Integration and emotional work of feeling and becoming the best creative versions of themselves.

I began my own personal development Journey , to understand & heal my own history. Coming from a family, generations and partners with addictions and dysfunctions, I took to Learning new ways to support myself and my kids with great inquiry and enthusiasm. Experiencing the impact, first hand, my focus shifted to learning many alternative healing modalities over the years, earning myself eligibility as a Holistic health practitioner.

I have now trained and studied with over 100 facilitators, teachers and leaders in the field. Spending 1000’s of hours, on going in participating and facilitating circle work, building and maintaining successful relationships and group dynamics.

I received a Traditional Reiki Masters degree in 1998, along with various other healing modalities, where the majority of my work was channeling and supporting people suffering life threatening illnesses and seniors with disabilities.

In 2011 I became a Certified Hypnotherapist, also trained in NLP, Time Line Therapy & Empowerment Coaching.

In 2015 I went on to receive certification in Raindrop & HotStone (bio-science & thermal) Therapy.

I have always had a great passion for the Human condition & teaching Consciousnesses Education, as well as being an Intuitive Channel.

My goal has been to achieve skill sets in the various aspects of Being ~ Mind, Body, Spirit & Emotions, to Experience Our Inherited Giftedness & Wholeness.

Dedicated to Supporting myself, Others & All in the Processes of Change.
